A one-page contract measuring 8 3/8 in. x 6 ¾ in., dated October 5, 1956, between "Special Projects, Inc." and Elvis Presley and Colonel Tom Parker of Elvis Presley Enterprises. The contract amends an original agreement dated July 26, 1956 between both parties, stipulating that 75% of monies shall be paid to Elvis Presley and 25% to Colonel Tom Parker and that the monies shall be paid to William Morris Agency, Inc. Signed in blue ink, "Colonel Tom Parker" and "Elvis Presley". Comes with images of Elvis and the Colonel taken from the time period of the contract.
