1217. Elvis Presley's suit from It Happened at the World's Fair. (MGM, 1963) Two-piece charcoal gray suit made by Sy Devore for Elvis' twelfth film set in Seattle, Washington. Jacket features internal Sy Devore Hollywood label typewritten, "Elvis Presley #2, 8-14-62, No. 9030". The pants have a Sy Devore label typewritten, "Elvis Presley #2, 7-26-62, No. 8980". The white shirt and tie are present to round out the display. Comes with LOA from Chris Davidson of the Elvis-A-Rama Museum stating the suit was on exhibit at the museum for 8 years, as well as an LOA from the President of the Elvis Presley Museum, Jimmy Velvet.
