Geez, every UPS customer email I have ever seen (100's of them) discloses every charge AND has options for delivery speed, insurance, etc. It is a filled in form letter. Sorry that you feel that way. I have to assume it was an anomaly because that is not what we see..

i prefer to receive from USPS and not UPS (ups delivers at their convienence and when i purchase multiple items being shipped in one shipment, when signature is req'd i prefer to go to the local post office and not 20 + miles away)

Before I bid for this ring, I asked them the size of the ring which was not provided in the description. They responded after 5-6 days and at that time I had won the ring. It was size 10.5 which is huge and does not fit my finger at all. I have to pay money to size it. Although, they have received and cashed my check ($1024.50), I still have not received my ring. These people are dishonest and deceitful. Because the ring size is so abnormal, they deliberately kept it from me and did not respond to my email on time. Had I known the ring size, I would not bid for this item. They did not inform me that they have received my money. My bank did. I have not received my ring. I am so angry and disappointed with these people and will never buy from them. Thank you for asking about my experience with these people. Very very upset. Thank you. Marian

Marian, really? It is possible that we inadvertently left a ring size out, it has happened in the past. We type a lot. 5-6 days to respond? Sorry, that does not happen. Still not received your ring? That is unlikely or you would (should) have called. Dishonest and deceitful? We are a Christian family owned business and neither of those words ever have, or ever will, apply to us. That is a very unkind and unfair thing to write. Same with deliberately keeping the ring size from you. Untrue. I am truly sorry you feel this way and would ask that you call us to discuss. 201-327-8800. John

local UPS shipping overcharged to ship two dolls to me. I won't bid again unless I can pick up in person.

You are always welcome to pick up in person. Many do, and I encourage you to do so. Why ship if you can come to the gallery and get the items? We certainly don't require people to ship.

The auction house processed our invoices, payment, and shipped quicker than any of the other auction houses we have been dealing with lately and they were easily available by telephone for questions. Their shipper, THE UPS STORE # 3490, were very efficient and friendly and all items were packed well without an exorbitant cost. I would definitely bid with them again. Very smooth and easy process.

The shipping company Leighton uses is a rip off!! Charging $29.00 just to pick up a doll is ridiculous!! Probably won't buy from Leighton again because of it!! Too bad, the auction house was nice and professional!!

The settee is beautiful and exactly as shown. Leighton was very accommodating reguarding pick up. The individual people were very polite and went out of their way to be helpful.
