Shipping charges were pretty high, I purchased a very small item and it came in a very large box.

The auction house has no proper way for an bankwire transfer.

Wonderful customer service, well-packed fragile items, fairly conducted auction (something I don't think all auctioneers take care to ensure happens). Top-notch organization.

Items were well packed, but I thought shipping fees were a little higher than they should be. I also think a shipping quote should be included with invoice for items won.

We always prefer to buy from Jeffrey Evans. Their auctions have extremely high quality items. It is especially nice that they ship in house and for a very fair rate. Their shipping quality is also exemplary. Everything is double boxed and labeled. We have even had three fragile piano lamps shipped all the way across the US that arrived in perfect condition. If we had to pick one auction house with which to do business it would be an easy choice-Jeffrey Evans. They are by far our favorite. We are very loyal and satisfied customers.

I have never seen glass packed as well as I have received it from the auction house. It was well worth what I paid for the shipping.

I drove over three hours to preview one item in particular and then it turned out to have a reserve for which there was no notification. I do not have a problem with reserves but an ethical auction house would at least indicate the reserve on each reserved item. Also, why does Evans take so long to post? Worst in the South!

Shipping is done in house, is a little expensive but was wrapped incredibly well. I will never worry about breakage from them. I was great. AND THEY DON'T USE THOSE ********** STYRO PEANUTS!! that is wonderful. StanFinch

It was really convenient that the auction house packed on premises and shipped directly rather than my dealing with a third party. The packing of the items was the best I’ve ever seen. Great job folks. Very good experience.

Takes too long to get the items bought and paid for. Also, the shipping cost is horrible. UPS is horribly high.
