I made a mistake in the billing process and the auction company made every effort to "cover" my mistake. It would have been simple to sweep me under the carpet and withhold my item but they went the extra mile to complete the sale.

I've been buying from this group for 28 years, since their first auction in 1991. I've always been happy with the items I've acquired and I can trust this group on defining any and all defect on an item.

Humler Nolan always has one of the best auctions in the country! Their color catalogue, the descriptions, the knowledge of the staff, is all phenomenal!!

Shipping process isn’t as smooth as it could be. Other auction houses I’ve dealt with put you in direct contact with shippers. It’s up to you to call shippers. Once that’s established very little communication is provided between groups. UPS provided excellent service once I contacted them but for auction house doesn’t provide final invoice just confirmation. I had to send info to shipper, email, call, follow up. Should be a lot smoother when your dealing with high end items.

I paid my invoices immediately after receiving them, but the shipper was turned away day after day because the auction house made a mistake somehow and was showing the items as not having been paid. So I didn't get my items until two days ago.

The shipping costs seemed somewhat higher thn i expected. I understand that is not within the purview of the auction house, who did not do the shipping themselves. However, the process is such that it is not easy to get a reasonable estimate ahead of making the arrangements wirth the shipper.
