Accurate description. Would love additional HD photos for high priced items but this thing was packed so well and that was really appreciated.

I love purchasing from auction houses that arrange for shipping, It makes buying So much more convenient.

I won a lot on May 21 and was promptly invoiced. Invoice included shipping. Promptly paid invoice. No word on shipment for over 3 weeks. Emailed company. No reply. A few days later, sent a follow up Email. No reply, but I received a shipping notification later that day. Received a box. Opened and unpacked. Had a copy of invoice with picture of lot and lot #. Contents of box did not match picture. Emailed to inquire about this. Reply was that I bought this lot, lot # and picture matched, was invoiced for this lot and was shipped this lot. talk to LiveAuctioneer if you feel there is an issue. Then received another Email asking to send a picture. I sent a picture of what I received and a picture of what the auction lot looked like. No reply from them. 2 days later, I sent another Email asking for an update. No reply. So I am stuck with stuff I did not purchase. Be wary when dealing with this company.

This was a high quality auction with fabulous items! I was very happy with the auction company. Everyone that I dealt with at the company was wonderful. When I went to pick up my things, the young man who worked there made it clear that he was going to load them up for me. He didn't expect me to do a thing. Troy (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.

The clock arrived damaged and poorly packaged. Before the auction I sent an email asking questions about the clock. The response was it’s packaged for shipping and they could not answer my question. All this was frustrating. Now the next chapter. I contacted the auction house via email and the owner responded in a timely fashion and I was greatly impressed by his honesty and willingness to make things right. He even offered to refund the total cost. I explained that I liked the clock and would keep it. We agreed that I would absorb the repairs and he would rebate an agreed amount. I have an extensive amount of swingers and jewelers regulators. Although it’s a knock of Ansonia swinger it’s still a nice clock. Bottom line. I would most definitely bid at this action house again. The auction house provided a refund when I was not satisfied with the baseball cards I received-I thought the description described the condition of the cards too generously. Saco River was quick to offer a refund and deliver the refund. They handled a customer concern well-which is much appreciated.

Cards arrived with creases solely due to the packaging. 3 of the 6 cards are now virtually worthless. I know i wasn’t a big spender but really? Very frustrating.
