I paid for this quilt months ago but received no help re the shipping to the UK and now the auction company have it re lasted in another auction but have not refunded the money $$I paid for it

Outsider shipper way too expensive. 15 versus 65

2 day pick up on location is not sufficient if you’re at places cross country. So they penalize you and charge a fee to take your items bought in-house. And then they charge you again for storage if not picked in a very limited time frame. If they Live they know their audience is all over the country. So we stop bidding there for fear

purchased an ice bucket with a cracked mercury glass lining.... no mention of this in the description.... the 3rd time they have not described things accurately...

My picture arrived with the glass smashed to little pieces. The broken glass caused the picture to be cut up and torn, stretches & frame damaged. It had to be dumped straight into the rubbish bin

Westport Auction charges a storage fee after a short time of holding the orders. They are vigilant at pressing customers to pick up orders.
