Nice paced auction and fast shipping

I recently won an auction for 2 coin books, 1 being Buffalo nickels and 1 being Liberty nickels. Nowhere in the listing did it say that the coins were incorrect in the book but when I received the books just about every Liberty nickel date was wrong, this would be fine. Still, it was very annoying that there were coins in rare date slots, for example, there was an 1885 Liberty Nickel filled in but when received it was actually 1890 (which is a MASSIVE rarity and annoying difference.) Thankfully most of the Buffalo nickel dates were correct but overall the amount of wrong dates and common dates in rare slots in both books primarily the V-nickel book is just unacceptable. The only positive experience was that the shipping process was very smooth. I highly advise to be careful bidding with this auction house and hope that Silver City Auctions improves upon this issue in the future. reached out to fix the issue by offering a refund swiftly.

I bought the lot in good faith, assuming the estimate was on par with the product. However, I should have been more vigilant as the item description needed to be more specific, and no precisions were supplied when requested. Furthermore, about 20 % of the received product was NOT as described (all coins were supposed to be "S" mint mark, 20 % were not) to the description and what I paid for. I contacted the auction house multiple times and am still awaiting a meaningful response. Very disappointed and feeling a little bit scammed. I can only recommend avoiding that company.
