SCA's payment, delivery, and customer service process is great; no complaints there at all. Items I've won were delivered very quickly. However, I would caution buyers of unslabbed coins to be careful of doctored and cleaned items. I purchased a few coins that I submitted for PCGS grading only to find out that the coins were faked to appear naturally toned, or had been cleaned at some point. These conditions are not easy to spot using only the auction photos provided. Assume that all unslabbed toned or older coins are going to have grading problems if the buyer intends to submit. Be very careful when selecting which ones to bid on. I don't blame SCA for this; SCA is not a coin grading service. These coins come from all sorts of sources, and SCA is just auctioning them, without the preliminary appraisal that you might see on some other auction sites. If serious collecting for high set values is your goal, you'd probably do best with buying already graded pieces.
