Thank you for the careful packing of my delicate treasure. I'm so pleased!

I try to deal w/auction houses that offer in-house shipping, which Vero Beach does. So, when my item (which was odd-shaped & bulky) was referred to a 3rd party shipper at a cost of $500 !), I was very disappointed. But, I contacted Vero Beach, explained the problem-and they took the time and figured out a way to ship it themselves for much, much less. Great customer service!

My wifi is satellite so not necessarily reliable but everything was smooth and instantly responsive with this bidding site. I am very pleased With Vero Beach auctions and with the help via telephone after the sale.

David was very helpful answering my questions before the auction. The item was carefully packed and shipped after the auction. I wouldn't hesitate to bid with Vero Beach again.

The watch did not come in a box but was just wrapped in bubble wrap. There were no instructions included to operate the monograph watch. BUT, overall I was very happy because the price was right and the watch was new. I have no complaints. I love Vero Beach Auction and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
