Good experience would do again

They were wonderful to talk to on the phone, so personable and so caring. Indeed I will be in with them again when I find something I like!

I would suggest that the auction house follow all the way through from the sale to the receipt by the client.

The auction house doesn't ship purchased product. You must arrange shipping yourself with agents they refer you to. Ridiculous process and extremely expensive. Quote I received for a framed picture was $138 when the product itself was $100. Its an absolute ripoff.

I think they had so many items to ship that my 524.00 won got put on the back burner. Also the shipper was slow to pack and ship my items

Hi They have provided false condition report, just to sell their item and do not want to take responsibility although We got the clear image of the Broken pice at the time of purchase with live auctioneers When it indicates that your are the high bidder!!!!!

First I had to continue to call to find out where my merchandise was coming. It took over a week. When the merchandise came the prada bag came the lining came basically all torn inside with strings keeping in intake. The handles were being held on by masking tape. I called Jonathan who returned my phone call. I explained how I took the bag to a shoe cobbler who said that it could not be fixed. I told Jonathan that and he said next time call and I will give you more details on the condition. It did say in the description that the inside was worn. I have been going to auctions in Fl.; Co. and this is a first. I kept the bag and if you would like me to send it to you I would be glad to do so. It belonged in the trash not in a auction!!

the great auction house. the transport is too expensive and also you have to pay customs when you arrive in Spain, which makes you transport more customs, make the product too expensive
