Akiba Auction House is the main auction house that I do business with. It isn't only the auction house but I also count on UPS Store 1937, to pick up and ship all the items that I purchase. I do business with both businesses on almost a monthly basis. I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend both businesses.

Easy to work with!

Akiba Galleries is very professional and well-organized and was easy to work with. Their descriptions were accurate, and the photos further enhanced the descriptions. Since the items were too large for in-house shipping, I contacted the UPS store that Akiba suggested, and they did an excellent job of packing and shipping the pottery at a reasonable cost. The items are just as pictured and described; I am delighted with them and the whole auction experience.

I have participated in a number of auctions held by Akiba auction house. I have never had a problem that wasn't delt with to my satisfaction in a timely manner. One of the real plusses about dealing with this action house is the shippers. UPS store # 1937 which picks up and ships my purchases have also been a positive. Knowing the purchase and delivery of the items I purchase will be handled in a professional and timely manner makes it easy to bid with confidence.
