Responsive and easy to work with
Item was as described and packed very carefully. Unfortunately one of arms broke in two in shipping, though it appeared to be very well packed so I'm assuming the postal service used the box as a football. The auction house offered to pay for repair, but it was a fairly minor fix and paid for it myself.

Easy transaction
This auction house accurately describes its lots, handles transactions effectively and even ships smaller items. When I’ve purchased larger items they’ve assisted me in securing a carrier to transport the kit to me. Overall, very positive experience.

Praise to Contact and Customers 'Service
I had some concerns about not being able to track the item on Canadian Far West territory and contacted Judi and Michael about it. Both were reassuring that it would be delivered soon. And if not, they would take info on the situation. So I felt I had some back up in case of a problem arising. The package arrived soon after these contacts were made and the rug was safe and sound. Exactly like it was pictured on Liveauctioneers documentation. So thank you to MBA for their kindness, communication and shipping efficiency! J.
