my item have been paid in december but i've not recive my item because they are moving and when i was there, they was unable to find my item. I've send them a email using the Live auctionner website and they never answer me I've send them a other email on their email on december 20 and again they never answer me. I will probably never bid again for this Auction house Next step, if i dont receive my item form them on january 7 i will ask them to be refund … ….

There were problems with some sequential lots skipped during the real time online auction. Specifically many, but not all, of the hyphenated lot numbers with an "A", "B", or "C", never appeared on my screen. Also, often if a lot was passed and the next lot appeared on my screen there would be a delay saying, "Be right back". I'm assuming that the passed lot was reopened, but because the next lot was already on the screen the previous reopened lot bidding was not brought back on the screen for me to follow.

Upon their telephone call, my father had just passed away hours before hand during a visit in Montreal he passed away there, receiving a call from Montreal naturally I thought it was about that. The woman I spoke to at first was in French then English, I explained to call back the next day to give my card #, they called and I gave them my visa #. They told me I would recieve an email regarding shipment. I received an email wanting my signaturefor the card transaction. In all the auctions I've ever dealt with... this is the 1st. I do not have a fax printer. I've left messages and no return calls... yes I'm upset and really disappointed. This was not a prerequisite in their contract. Now they are on vacation, office closed from July21 till Aug 3rd... meaning I'll have to pay a storage charge.., wtf?

I can’t find Two of the items I bought anywhere on the internet. I have told them that and asked for more information on these items. I received a return email that gave me no information. I have sent another email and have received no reply. I can only assume the items are fake. You are welcome to share this information with the auction house. If I don’t get more info I plan to go on their site and be very critical.

I called and paid, was told I would receive 'help' with shipping in terms of they would contact UPS. Waited a week, emailed twice asking what was going on. Called. Heard nothing. Finally emailed an angry email, and the next thing I knew I heard from UPS. I could have contacted UPS myself. What I really think happened is they didn't communicate. I will probably not bid with them again as it's too much trouble. IF they make things easy, then I'm all in. Thanks.

I had some issues that Iegor handled very professionally. Minor things that crop up when you participate in auctions that are in a different country, this auction house was very helpful and helped mein every way possible.

My experience with IEGOR has been highly unsatisfactory. After winning 3 bottles of 1986 Tignanello on January 12, the auction house was very aggressive about collecting payment from me nearly immediately. However, after paying, I've been waiting nearly 4 weeks for them to ship my wine. Right when I paid over the phone, they told me they were going to provide an estimate for their preferred shipping vendor. But I have spent the last 4 weeks trying to get them to ship. Everytime I call I get no answer, or they say the person responsible for my order is out of the office. I want a refund at this point or I will not use LiveAuctioneers anymore.

It took a while to get my item, in part because of the payment process, and days available to contact. I really wish there had been an online option, as they do accept credit cards. The staff I worked with were all friendly and helpful.
