it would be better to offer shipping as opposed to third party shipment. response to emails regarding items prior to bidding was not answered, more pics and descriptions needed.

IEGOR Aictions was quite effective. However, I am wondering why I did not receive this survey for two other auction house I have dealt with recently who were much less than satisfactory.

Great experience. The only suggestion would be more photos of the item, although it was even better than expected.

The staff were particularly helpful, patient and responsive to helping me through the process from start to finish easing any anxiety being my first purchase. I will be watching all their auctions in the future and the paintings are exquisite and I am delighted with the whole process.

Their bookkeeper only works Tues-Thur but returned my call and processed my payment while there.

although I won the auction with the minimum bid, and was notified of the fact by Live A, they made various lame excuses about a malfunction, then error, to reneg and void the auction which I disputed. in the end they stated that it was because the reserve was not met and the owner of the item took it back. there was never any indication that there was a reserve. they are just dishonest auctioneers (Canadian no less) and action should be taken against them and deleted from Live A. this is against the basic auctions rules (law?) is this the kind of auction house that Live A hosts on its site and lets it act with impunity? do you let bidders reneg on their bids?

In Email send to me after auction I was told that within 3 days I will receive invoice. Till now nothing happened, no invoice, no pictures, no call from Ingor. Peter

I have always found the pictures they send of the condition to be the best I have ever received from an auction house. They send 16 pictures when I asked for a few. Very fast and very polite and accommodating. Very good experience always.

Almost three weeks later I still cannot get a word from this strange place regarding items I have purchased and fully paid. They do not have any secure method to pay-require to give credit card (no AMEX) over the phone. Do not reply to emails. Just very unprofessional place from the last century

We seemed to have won the item as I received an email stating that. The auction house then would not go ahead with the transaction. When I asked them about this they simply stated that their decisions are final and that I should have a nice day. This is the worst experience I have ever had bidding online.
