A most honorable an accurate auction house
The photographs and description provided prior to the sale were very detailed and allowed me to determine the value of all items in the lot. The online bidding process could not have been any easier. After the sale an invoice was provided in short order. In the future if an item of interest comes up for sale with Carlsen Gallery I would have no reservation in a placing bid with them

Excellent service
The staff at Carlsen Gallery are very professional and very pleasant. This is at least the third time I have won an item from one of their auctions. The online photos are very clear, the descriptions helpful and the payment & shipping process runs quite smoothly. They are now one of my favorite auction houses.

Shipping issues etc
Quite difficult to get their recommended shippers to answer their phone. Down hill from there. Mistyped credit card number. etc. I did finally get the objects. “Color enhanced” ln Photoshop. So if you want to buy from them go to the auction and take what you buy home with you
