We do strive to provide satisfactory service to both our bidders as well as the estates we represent. We do hope you will try our auction again making sure to be aware of the shipping/pick up policy prior to bidding. We have put into place a scheduling system so bidders can schedule a pick up as well as see what is available for dates prior to the auction. This has been a welcome improvement according to bidders from our last few auctions. Lastly, please see the published terms to which you agreed when bidding in this auction: PICKING UP PAID INVOICES DATES Winning bidders and shippers may pick up paid invoices according to published dates (February 8 immediately following check-out) (February 9:12 PM-2 PM) and (February 10:11 AM-2 PM) and included in policies and terms and conditions for the auction listed on Live Auctioneers agreed to by bidders prior to bidding. Failure to familiarize yourself with the policies does not negate the terms. The fault is not with the auction house when the bidder fails to read terms or shipping and pick up policies included with the auction listing. Although we had a large number of bidders causing a lengthy line during pickup, we did have pick up in place prior to auction. Your frustration stemmed from failure to read the terms. We look forward to being able to accommodate future bidders with our new system in place.
