Meissner’s was great. Live Auctioneer was terrible. Its been over three weeks and my 5 items are still sitting somewhere waiting to be packed. when I call live auctioneer I get generic or no info.

Have made other purchases on Meissners on other auctions and always a wonderful experience.

This is a very nice auction house to do business with. Fast shipping and if there is a problem it is quickly addressed with a phone call.

I've had mixed experiences with some of the auction sites I've dealt with through Live Auctioneers, but Meissner's did a great job. I bought 3 pretty large items that were delicate (RC kits) and they did a fantastic job packing and shipping them clear across the country. Thank you for the smooth transaction!

I had an overall wonderful experience with Meissner's Auction Service. I spoke several times with Dolores and she was always so nice. I had some trouble getting anyone to pick up my packages, so in the end she volunteered to do it herself. It came really quickly after that, very nicely packaged with great care. I think the auction service is superb. I cannot say the same for the out-sourcing of shipping. Will be shopping again though. Cheryl

Not a happy experience. A clear description of the shipping process is a must. I contacted the auction house twice with my questions and got no reply. After waiting I contacted the LiveAuctioneers customer service and got help. Then I paid for shipping and was told by Meissner's Auction Service they will provide a tracking info. They did not. Waited again and contacted them, got no reply. When my order came, I found that one doll had her hand badly damaged and almost no hair, which they should have disclosed or took pictures of the damage. They did not. They charged me $15 for their packaging/handling, in addition to regular shipping charge, and used shredded newspapers for the protection of my fragile items.

The porcelain doll needs to be restrung and parts were hidden with the dolls hair, boxed dolls were described as in good condition but chipped porcelain and loose limbs needing a Total restring was deceptive. Also, the loose dolls were described as some damage, but they’re covered in a mold/mildew …
