NAAC is very efficient. Unfortunately they packed my fragile lot on its brutally heavy base. The base proceeded to shred my object. It arrived in more than a dozen fragments. I wrote to the auction house. It has been two weeks-still no response. Stuff happens. Mistakes are made, but not writing back? Not good.

This is a great company with which to do business.

I have fallen madly in love with the Native American crafts. So when I moved into my first ever Southwest style home two years ago it became a perfect venue to surround myself with the beautiful articles that each tribe's artisans created in the past or currently. This is my first time buying from North American Auction Company but every aspect from start to finish was suburb. I will definitely keep this auction house on my radar for in the future. I love my circa 1900 beaded leggings. They are everything that the NAAC promised and they ad a huge sparkle to my office bookcase

shiping saved me 600.00 by leting go of one item

I have to drive 3.5 hours to Bozeman and I explained I was under the weather and also the weather was more than sketchy. I was told they understood and gave me more time without the normal "we will charge you storage fee" for picking up a late item that other auction houses tell you. Excellent service

65 dollars to ship a gun is highway robbery. The company will gladly take your money, sit on shipping and the quote you 3x the going rate for shipping a BB gun sized. 22 rifle. (The rifle was also broken and not mentioned as such in the auction). Very unprofessional.

These are fine folks to deal with there in Montana. I thank them all for their help.. Also the packing of a very heavy oak item was done such that it arrived in Missouri without damage.
