The auction house was great. Am a bit of a traveler so am hardly at one place for long and I am bad with internet banking, but they didn’t give too much pressure for payment. Of cause I didn’t have to drag it for a long but I was very happy with their patience. As soon as I paid I received my item within a couple of days am happy with them.

I hesitate to bid in overseas auctions as you never know what the actual cost will be for you. But this auction house always has rare items I can’t find elsewhere. So I took the chance and bid. It did end up costing more than I expected due to: Bank wire costs and the cost of $conversion. So if you look and say 1.00 Euro = 1.25 dollar, be aware that banks charge a fee on top of that as well as the bank wire fee. That added significantly to my cost. That is beyond the auctioneers control however. My items were shipped quickly and safely! I love my purchases!! I will bid with them again. Just be aware of additional costs. If you absolutely love something they have ~ it was worth it for me.

I have purchased items from several of their auctions. Always great service. Although overseas, their shipping is not crazy high and their auctions are high quality very nice items. I plan to purchase from them again and again, if I win the bid that is!

I have bid and bought from many auctions in past few years. This is the ONLY Co. i trust and have no problems with! AND they do not rip you off in the shipping process and it is cheaper from Germany than others from the USA who like to stick it to you!

Some of the people shipping for the auction house do a great job and others do a terrible job. I always seem to have a little damage to contend with. Most recently all the Erzgebirge miniature people etc were just put in a box with no padding and then that box was put in the larger box that did have padding but because the smaller box had none items just bounced around. If the shipping was a little more careful they would be perfect.
