Considering just the volume that they sell at each auction, they do a great job! I will continue to buy from them!

The recommended shippers on the Austin Auction Gallery website initially tried to scalp me by way overcharging me. I contacted Austin Auction Gallery and told them that both shippers were trying to overcharge me for shipping a small item. The auction house representative contacted them and then one of the shippers called me back with a more reasonable quote (less than half of what they initially quoted). They said it was a typo. I don’t believe it. These shippers prey on folks who need items picked up from the auction house and shipped. Supposedly they are not supposed to charge for pickup as they are recommended shippers and getting many jobs as a result. Very dishonest business practice. At least the auction house stepped in and got them to reconsider. Would get multiple quotes with and without pickup charges to see what they are actually charging for pickup.

They never responded to my email request for a copy of my invoice showing that it was paid.

Thank you for providing options for third-party shippers. Good to let your customers know that it pays to shop around. The first quote for shipping my items was well over $800. Another firm on your list was able to do it for less than half; the items were well packaged and received promptly.

I have bought in several ocassion with you because I like several of the items you offer I only regret that last time I wanted to buy a after auction item and I wrote you to reserve and buy the item but your e mail response was late, because when you came back to me the item was already sold to someone else.
