I am very happy to recommend Lunds Auctioneers, and this is why: I have had horrific experiences with other Auction House in the LiveAuctioneers group of presenters. They, let's call them 'Z Auctions', blatantly falsified the description of an expensive item I purchased. What I received was not only obviously broken before it was packed and shipped, contrary to how it appeared in their photographs, it was so far from their description that it was criminal. I tried to reach them to discuss it, but they never responded to my emails or phone call messaged concerns. They simply ignored me. I only have legal recourse now on that front. Unfortunately, unlike Invaluable.com', LiveAuctioneers will not get involved when one of their Auctioneers commits fraud, or falsely represents their items. Lunds, however, is entirely the opposite of that 'Z Auctions' place. Lunds is immediate to respond to inquiries I have on items they have listed; give precise details, and will send further measurements and close up photos if requested. I have found they work with me, rather than against me. I never feel they are trying to swindle me or misrepresent their sale items. I have complete faith in Lunds, and know I will be well cared for by them. They value my business and treat me as if I am their only customer. That is service as it should be. Likewise, everything I have ever purchased from Lunds is exactly as they described it, and they don't sell garbage. The quality of their items is very good and their shipping is swift and reliable. I love Lunds and trust them implicitly when I bid in their auctions. I will continue to follow Lunds auctions and buy from them. I heartily recommend them.

Lunds Auction House was very responsive and quick to ship my item. I was reluctant to ship from Canada to the USA but I have to say it was quicker than shipping from the US to the US!

We bought a nice carpet from Lund’s and the staff were very helpful and professional. As noted above, we found it important to see the item we purchased ahead of time, as it is hard to see the flaws in antique from photos.

Enjoy the painting and experience bidding online. The online pic is orangeish than the real painting. We actually pre view before purchase. Recommend host will improve the quality of pics they put online.

The paintings are way nicer than the internet pics. Highly recommend to preview the items before you buy anything. It was easy access to bid online especially during the Covid period. we enjoyed bidding and the paintings after the purchase.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! I bought this painting for a very good price and I'm sure others thought "why would someone want this". It has meaning to me and is in a perfect spot in our home and the colours compliment the decor. I bought this great floor lamp for our daughter and it compliments their dining room light which is a Herman Miller. I am always happy with my "scores" at the auction. Lots of fun bidding but my husband says, "it's never a good idea to be drinking wine" when sitting at the computer for an auction.

I have successfully bid on many carpets. This is my favourite and has a perfect spot in our home.

This Item is very unique and I appreciate the variety of interesting an one of a kind items that always come up for auction at Lunds. It makes me coming back to participate in their Auctions.

This was not my first transaction with Lunds. And it shall not be my last. I would hope anyone as a new dabbler in auctions tripped over Lunds as everything is done correctly, with integrity, and alacrity. A pleasure to deal with, and a lovely closure to one’s winning leaving the whole transaction a positive & delicious experience. My thanks to the entire organisation.
