LiveAuctioneers shipping was a disaster
The company used for LiveAuctioneersShipping broke a 100Year old American Brilliant Glass punchbowl. LiveAuctioneers shipping process was slow, expensive and ignorant of the proper packing technique for antique glass. Why they had to transport my punchbowl form MS to CO and then to FEDEX in Nashville, and then to FL There is an inherent risk of breakage each leg of the journey. I will never use them again

Incorrect feedback
I asked specifically before auction if this items was an antique or a reproduction. Was told it was not a reproduction. When I opened and inspected my item, a calendar, it plainly states on the calendar that it is a 1928 reproduction calendar that corresponds to 1984 days and dates. Don’t think it’s an antique do you? Addressed the auction house and as yet have never heard back from them. Not a good way to do business. Not satisfied at all. I do a significant amount of business with other auction houses on live auctioneers but usually will get a response if there’s a problem. Very disappointed. Earl

My Favorite Antiques Auction House
Mr Stevens and his family run a first class auction house. Lots of fun to attend in person-and on LiveAuctioneers. Have bought numerous fine antiques from Stevens for my home in Columbus, Mississippi. Wisteria Place, our antebellum home built in 1854, is even better thanks to the excellent service and sales of Stevens Auctions. Thank you

A favorite Auction House
Stephens Auction Company is definitely one of my favorites. They always put together a varied group of items and conduct good auction. Invoices are sent proptly. I have picked up my items and they have staff on hand to assist with loading items. A well run Auctio Company with a great staff-definitely a Favorite

Great Item, Great Service
Mr. Stevens took great care to get this foot stool to me in Florida and it arrived in perfect condition. It is a companion piece to a huge Empire sofa we inherited from my wife's parents. I am going to watch for more auctions by this company.

Friendly auction house, but took some effort to sort out shipping.
Item won is good and accurately described, but getting it shipped was convoluted and took some time, effort, and investigating on my part to sort out. No response through email/messaging, so had to personally call Stevens to determine status and to get the ball rolling, and then worked through a third party shipper and I received the item after a few weeks. It was well packed and as described.

We apologize for any issues with shipment of your item. I don’t know what went wrong with the messaging system. Our Liveauctioneers message log shows that on four occasions (July 31st thru August 10th) we advised that the item could be taken to UPS for packing/shipping.

First class auction company
We could not have asked for a better auction experience. Mr. Stevens runs a first class auction service with fine quality items. We found the photos and descriptions to be very accurate which is a big plus when not previewing in person. The pick up process was very easy and well organized. Mr. Stevens and his staff are fantastic and we look forward to doing business with them again.

Excellent Experience
I have been following Stevens Auction House online for a few years and finally made this purchase via the web. I picked up the item myself and the experience was excellent. I called ahead and arranged to pay at pickup. When I arrived, the sideboard was exactly as described. Mr. Stevens 'crew disassembled and loaded the piece. I gave them blankets and straps and they put on the blankets, stretch wrapped it and strapped it in my pickup. 4 hours later it was safely in my driveway. I highly recommend them, and will gladly do business with them again.

Dwight Stevens is one of the best auctioneers in the business!
This auction company is very courteous. I have bought and sold antiques through Stevens Auction Company. Dwight and his team go out of their way to please their customers. I highly recommend this Stevens Auction Company. They are one of the best, if not the best in the business.

So pleasant to deal with
I tried to organize shipping myself but it turns out auction house is a little out of the way. When I contacted them to ask about ways to ship, the representative told me they would drive it to Tupelo and take it to the UPS store and if I didn't like the price they charged they would take it back to the store and let me continue my efforts. I was so appreciative of their help and my package arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely be watching their auctions and bid again!
