These are obviously nice people who care about their customers. After not receiving a few items from lots I had won, they did their best to find similar items and shipped them quickly. I can only imagine the effort that goes into keeping everything organized-especially when items are so similar. I truly appreciate the effort. I will look for your auctions again.

Very Very Bad action,,, Dont Trust these people
I called them before action and I asked them about the candelabras, they told me they are in excellent shape i bought and wen i revived both was complete broken, it was horrible, I never buy anything from this action.,

The candelabras you purchased were one of many items sold from an estate. We try to give the best and quickest inspection we can, but sometimes small damage is missed. Stevens Auction gives no warranty whatsoever to any buyer, all lots are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS." The candelabras were not broken when shipped. You requested your items be shipped FedEx, so you will need to file a claim with them. You can always call or email us to discuss any problem and we will try, if reasonable, to make you happy.

Lot misrepresented, damaged.
Before paying for the lot, Mr. Stevens reassured me the lot had no damages. I went ahead and paid. I got the lot and indeed the lot is damaged. I sent pictures as proof, tried to reach Mr. Stevens no success.
