Never Received Items
This was my first and last Live Auctioneers experience. I won auction items June 5th 2026, paid my invoice and have received no responses or communication since then, even after reaching out on multiple platforms. I believe this auction house is fraudulent and practicing unethical behavior. These were for a cancer fundraiser, it’s shameful.

Item never received
I won an auction for an item over two months ago. I paid the shipping fee to the private shipping company contracted with by the auctioneer. I have not received the item nor received any word back from the auctioneer as to where my items are. I will not be ordering from the seller again.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE
The items were exactly as displayed in pictures. Would have liked it if the exact weight was available in the description or pics. But still VERY pleased with my interaction. Will definitely buy again from them.

Horrible to deal with
Horrible to deal with. Does not respond by phone text or email. Sold approximately 5 lots per auction and yet somehow can’t put envelope size items in a box to be shipped. Would not use this site again if items were free.

QUICKLY FIXED AN ERROR
Love LOVE the items I got. Great pricing and quality pieces. My package was accidently sent to the wrong address even though I confirmed my address correctly. I contacted the auction house through Live Auctioneers who responded quickly. The Auction House quickly had the package sent to me and everything arrived in great shape! Thank you!

Shipping costs too high
They combined with other orders and charged me to ship both orders, even though it was in 1 package. Charged handling on top of shipping as well. Checked with usps and the price they quoted to ship is double the price it cost to ship. This does not include the steep price on the handling as well. Messaged to ask about a refund on shipping and had questions. They never replied. Will not order from this house again.

Hatman is guaranteed to amaze
She gets the most unique things of anyone I know. Her stones are first rate and she knows her stuff. Her eclectic taste in antiques is endlessly pleasing. I always keep an eye on what she’s got.
