This vendor never shipped this item and never responded to my messages.

I promply paid for the item plus shipping. Contacted seller and person who answer the phone said I had to speak to the owner. Left my name & number but owner never called. Did this process several times without success.

I never received my items. I contacted them via phone (with messages left), sent them a letter and also left messages via LinkedIn. They said to call them which I did. It has been a year so I have given up. I never received my Staffordshire flowers. I would like a refund given to me.

This item took a very log time to arrive.

Still have not received my items 3 months later.

I won an item through this auction house, paid promptly – and then? Nothing. No shipment, no tracking, no communication. I've sent multiple emails, all ignored. The seller has completely disappeared. Even worse: the platform's customer support is utterly useless. Despite clear evidence that this auction house is violating seller guidelines – by taking payment and not delivering the item – they continue to let them operate freely. No suspension, no consequences. They’re still selling as if nothing happened. This is not just negligence, it's a total failure of the platform’s duty to protect its users. If sellers like this are allowed to continue unchecked, the entire system is broken. Absolutely disgraceful. Buyers beware – this platform clearly doesn’t care if you get scammed.

I won and paid for 2 items 2 months ago. I have made repeated attempts contacting Baker regarding when the will ship my items and provide a shipping tracking number. None of my emails has been responded to. Calls to the Bakers have never been returned. Live Auctioneers has been of no help or has been willing to assist me.

They relist the same items purchased because they take your money and never ship. Will not respond to emails or phone calls. Live Aucrions does nothing to stop this illegal activity. DOJ and NY state will be contacted for criminal complaint.

It's been two months since I won a painting. It's been two months since I paid for the painting and house sponsored shipping. It's been over a month since I spoke to the owner. I have called multiple times and have gotten the following excuses: We can not find it-our warehouse is very large. I have bought from many houses on this platform and NONE have ever lost an item. None. I'm sorry to say this but I just do not trust Baker Antiques. If perchance the painting I bought has much greater value than they appraised it for pre-auction-it still is their obligation to ship it to me. It pains me to write this but I need to warn others than their purchases are not guaranteed. I'd shop elsewhere to be safe.

It's been almost 3 months and still no items that I paid for no response from bakers

I was told they no longer had the item that I had won, they couldn't find it. Although they charged my account, they refunded me quickly when they realized they had already sold it or it was gone. I was disappointed after being excited to have been the winning bid.

I took a chance on a vintage Pokemon card lot. $50 starting bid, after premium and shipping it came to around $80. After a full month I received my cards. They sent me 23 common cards all from within the last 5 years. Some from 2023! Not VINTAGE! Also, they claim the estimated value was $50-$100. I understand they can't fully and accurately estimate the value. The cards I received are valued at $3.23. So, not only did I lose 75 ish dollars on this sale, the cards are not vintage. Customer service stinks. The same guy answers and takes your number and says he'll call back but I haven't received a single phone call from them after numerous attempts to reach them. I do not recommend purchasing from these people as they don't care about the buyers and the items are probably wrongly described.

After a year of spotty correspondence and a request for a refund, I received an invoice to pay for shipping of my lot. I am still waiting for my refund.

its been over a month i still dont have what i paid for. ive tried 4 times to get info from bakers antiques with no response at all.

Very disappointed in this auction. I paid for my item and in house shipping very quickly after winning. Contacted the Auction several times and never heard back. It has been 7 months and I still have not received my purchased lot and have not heard back from the Auction. Very disappointed

I fell for this seller’s lot descriptions. I won bids on four of their Pokemon card lots with “estimated values of $80-100 each.” After about 3-4 months, they finally responded to the live auctioneers site and sent my won lots. I opened up a 50 cent newspaper filled with probably 80-100 common . 01-. 05 cards in place of my Four “Large collection of Vintage Pokemon collector cards” lots. I requested to return the handful of modern bulk cards I spent $180 on and was ignored for a year. Liveauctioneers finally got a response from them, who informed us that sales are final and “too bad, so sad.” I really insist you don’t bother with any form of trading cards from these guys.

Paid for an Auction in December, constanly reached out to resolve the issue for the Month of January with zero response. Never recieved item and had to dispute with the Credit Card company. Garbage company.

I have no choice but file a fraud claim with Amex to get my nearly $400 back. It is such a shame that LiveAuctioneers allows Baker's to continue having fraudulent auctions on their platform. Read the reviews, Baker's has robbed hundreds of customers recently. Do not purchase from them.... You will lose your money!

Won four “mystery boxes” on the Jan 25 auction. Paid immediately. No response from seller by phone or email with shipping information. See other recent reviews. I wish I had. Disputing with my CC company. Live Auctioneers-why are you allowing this???

No response from the auction house. Called 2 times and spoke to the same person who took my name and number but never called back. I am trying to get pricing for the shipping since they advertise inhouse shipping. I understand they can get busy but it has been a month and still cannot get any answer. And LiveAuctioneer is no help. What a disappointment. I will make sure to never deal with them again. I have sold through and purchased from many diffrent auction houses but that is a first.

Bought two mystery boxes valued at $100 plus. Contents of each box maybe $20. Customer service was awful. Took two weeks to finally get shipping. There are better ways to buy things. Use other sources to find stuff.

These guys are quick buck artists. Total joke of an item I bought. Zero communication. a bunch of liars. Stay away.

20 days since winning several 17 auctions there has been zero communications around shipments. Submitted questions for an update on the product and have not gotten a response.

despite frequent messages/phone calls I have not received items (paid for) from an auction on 5/8/24. I am trying to understand why Live Auctioneers still works with them

Tried calling several times and also emailed. The reply was call the Sam phone number that I tried over and over. Because of this headache I gave up.

"Won" an item. Paid promptly, contacted company by phone and email, ZERO response. More research shows they put the same picture of items up for the last 4 years. How is it possible to sell the same thing multiple times? Because they don't actually have the items for sale. This was weeks ago and I still have had no contact from these scammers. Had to report fraud to my bank.

I won a lot in this auction in July and paid immediately and chose to have in-house shipping. I understand wrapping up auctions is a busy time, but I usually have some sort of communication within a week. I have not received anything. I have emailed and called multiple times. The line goes directly to a generic recording, which I thought was odd seeing that this is supposed to be an established business. The replies to my email are formulaic and state to call the number that no one ever answers. At no time has an explanation about the delay or problem been given. I have no idea why it is difficult for this business to a) complete the transaction and send me my lot, or b) refund me my money. I suspect I will have to be going through my bank to dispute the charges. I’ve bid on various platforms throughout the years, and this is the first time I have been shafted. I wish that Live Auctioneers would periodically vet the businesses they agree to host. This auction house should not be able to sell online if they cannot complete their end of the deal. Apparently I’m not the only customer this has happened to.

Item never received $23 down the drain sent email about shipping no reply.

i waited over two months for a won/paid for auction item to ship. when the auction house was contacted (several times) i was told they will get to it, it takes a while to process. in the mean time the auction continues to have more auctions without fulfilling pervious won orders. at some point the auction house did not take my phone calls or return any messages left. i was completely dissatisfied with this auction houses process, lack of communication and complete un-professional demeanor and attitude and lack of any real customer service. i will not participate in any of their auctions ever again..... beware....

they will not respond to emails or phone calls, they do not send payment confirmation, they take your money and then give you the silent treatment.

Never buy from this auction he changed name from bakers country auction he ripped me off before and from what I see still up to it check his reviews on his google site

Very Bad Auctioneer

I bought items from the May 14 auction. I still have not received them contacted them many times.

This purchase was simply the worst experience of my life. total disregard for the commodore! The item was paid for and never shipped! dozens of attempts to contact us by phone and email were unsuccessful! bad faith seller apparently protected by liveauctionners who does nothing to help.

Won a $75 mystery box. Didn't actually finally get it until 2 months later. Called over & over, leaving messages, would occasionally get the same guy to answer then take down my info because he didn't know status then never call back. Finally he sent it out. Now almost 3 months & it's 4 or 5 vhs tapes and a few old magazines. I say zero value. A year later & there still selling these mystery boxes. Stay away! This place will jerk around and then rip you off.

Never received my items. Reached out after a month requesting a tracking number. A week later received a phone number to call. No one responds to voicemail nor answers that phone. Reached out after a couple weeks of trying, asking for days and times to call, never received a response. Reached out to Live Auctioneers, 2 weeks later just simply "we'll contact them and let you know". Given I had an issue with another auction house that _called_ me within minutes of me messaging them through Live Auctioneers; I now see that Baker's could have responded in many ways rather than just having me call a number they never answer. Don't ever use these people. I'm done chasing this and I'll let them deal with my credit card dispute.

It's been over a month and STILL NO ITEM! Every time I contact the company they say they will "look into" my item and get back to me. They NEVER DO. I also STILL HAVE NO ITEM! They are quick to charge but take forever to ship! Wondering if this is becoming a SCAM????

Never received my items even after several calls and said they would send. Even contacted Live Auctioneers and they were no help either. Only bid if you want to give away your money.

After one failed mystery box disappointment I went ahead on a second one. A genuine glutton for punishment. A collection of dirty (dare I say filthy) and sun faded Legos. Think I learned my lesson this time. Dimensions and weight of boxes would have been helpful. Even if the Legos were clean not worth what I bid for them. Live and learn. That being said the people are very pleasant to deal with.

Live and die buy the mystery box. Roll of the dice and mine came up snake eyes.

Beginner’s luck I guess. An extra large work coat which happens to fit me perfectly. BUT, in the jacket pocket. A TEN OUNCE SILVER INGOT! No joke. I washed the coat and now it’s my lucky work coat!!!
