starting bids tend to be a bit too high. Shipping prices are through the roof for these items. Honestly was blown away at the charges and costs. Seems more economical to ship via flat rate packaging with prepaid insurance and tracking on the items. It would have only cost $7.50.

I paid for my items PLUS SHIPPING. To this day, Live Auctioneers says I haven't paid. I called Bakers and they said they would straighten things out. **********!!!!!!! Live Auctioneers, PLEASE straighten out this Baker mess, update my account to PAID, and get my items mailed to me. THANK YOU.

I already paid and received my items. When going online and looking at the items I won, they still show as unpaid. THIS IS VERY ANNOYING.

Other Auctioneers send an invoice that has you click on the link for easy payment rather than having to call with credit card information even though when you register, it is already on file. My other concern was that even though I called with credit card information, the invoice remained on live auctioneer website as unpaid. Because of this, I never knew whether it was being sent or there was a problem, so I had to place followup calls.

So far I have been waiting over a month to get my items even though I paid them quickly. I’ve sent numerous emails through live auctioneer and have not received any answers to my repeated questions. I’ve also asked him to mark my account paid on this site and they have not done that so it looks like I owe them money which I do not. This is the only option company I’ve had any problems with.

I won this item at $26 and my card got charged $33. The day I talked to them and gave them my credit card number I asked how much the shipping would be. The person didn’t know and said the would call me. Two weeks went by so I called them. Bakers Auction is located in NY state where I also reside. They said they would locate the item and ship it out. Another week went by and I finally got the item. It was well packaged but broke and taped together to make it appear it was in decent condition. It’s a piece of junk and Ijust got billed another $15. I also give myself a 1 star rating for thinking I was dealing with a reputable company. This was my first and last online bid. I will not buy a piece again until I can look it over. Very Disappointing.

you guys keep sending me invoice although ive paid in full and you still have not sent my winnings and after a month i have filed a dispute with my bank. i am not interested in bidding on your auctions ever again in the fyuture.

Great Items, If dealing with John, you must be patient as shipping can take some time, but he remembers you personally which is a major plus and He works very hard with his associate (s) at posting some great items. Great personable individual to deal, dont expect responses always to your inquires as like many auctions houses they are swamped.

As a person who regularly sells on Ebay, allow me to give your "company" some advice, review your auction before things go up for sale, especially if it's a difference of $270, from the starting bid being $30 or $300. That might ensure you don't make a "typo" in your pricing. Also, when someone sends you a message to your email 4 times about the invoice, and leave 2 messages on your phone, don't wait 2 weeks to get back to them about it. I realize people make mistakes but trying to ignore them, and forcing people to call the live auctioneers help line in order to figure out what the hell is going on is rather annoying, and in all honesty seems like a pretty shady business practice to have someone bid on something, win, and then you to call them up demanding they either pay ten times what they actually bid/won on, or to not get the item at all. In a situation like that, when you make a mistake, the right thing would be to have whomever made the mistake and did not catch it to pay the difference, (take responsibility) but oh well, just be happy i'm not a jackass who would demand that, even with all the frustration and time that I have had to personally waste trying to get an answer, that if was explained when it initially happened would have been understandable. And good luck selling that bank for $300, I have seen the exact same bank in 4 different antique shops/malls for no more that $175.

Now that the house has my payment information on file, everything went beautifully. I appreciate this convenience and I am very happy with the way Baker's responded to a problem I had previously with payment. Now, all is cool and I will certainly buy from these folks again.

They took down my credit card number wrong, so although I paid in a timely way, I still haven ‚ Ä ô t received what I bought, and so, cannot comment on whether or not the contents were as pictured in the auction photos. I hope I receive the items, and that they don ‚ Ä ô t charge me for storing the items.

I have not received the item. I gave them my credit card so I assume they changed me for it. It "s a 10 dollar bobblehead. I forgot that I hadn't received it until I got this survey. Hate to complain on a survey without calling them to see what's going on. But their communication is non-existent-no emails or other status reports, nada

I love shopping at your site, I just wish I had not messed things up by not paying on time. I have been sick and I have had my money tight because I was dumb and got caught in a scam. Now that is not any of the sellers problem and I do understand that they need their money as much as I need mine. And I do hope to find out how to get the items I have paid for. Also I hope you let me bid again soon. Please except me saying I am sorry.
