This company is honest, friendly, and just great to deal with. Good communications, nice pictures to view, fair starting prices, and never had a bad experience. I would recommend to anyone interested in auctions, both live or online.

Great Auction Company will buy there again!

This company has been giving me the run around to get the title properly signed over. I still have yet to receive it. I was told we would meet at a notary tomorrow. That was just canceled, so they can mail the paperwork to me. The owner of this auction company has been giving the run around. Saying the paperwork will be sent to me when she receives it in the mail. It was never mailed. She had NO clue how to transfer a title for a movable vehicle. She should not be selling one. I told her multiple times what was needed. She did nothing to get them together. It was only when I told her To pick up her item, that she started to do something. This lady is very unprofessional.

Very unclear as far as shipping goes. Said my items would be delivered after my payment, wrong had to pay another $98.00 for shipping very upset

Wish all auction houses worked this fast and professionally.

I called and asked about the shipping have not heard back. This auctioneer drops the won lots off at the UPS store and wipes her hand clean. UPS store has not even given me an estimate and i have called 3 times.

I paid my bill for these items on the first Monday after the auction. I noticed several days later my that my account was not marked paid in the items WON. It is still not marked paid. I communicated with the auction house about the problem and was told that it was amrked paid. Please see the exchange of notes in the MESSAGES I would appreciate your help in correcting this concern. Incidentally the items have been delivered to me. Thank you Patricia

defects not shown in photo, shipping cost me over $50 for an $60 item.

Items were not grouped and readily available for pick up. Seemed as if items were removed intentionally. Undescribed breakage was apparent at pick up and as a result of not properly securing items at end of auction.

Very helpful and reasonable on shipping. Much appreciated as this is often the "gotcha" after buying when you least expect it, with fees bearing absolutely no relationship to the weight or size of the item being shipped.

I will use this service again!

Very disorganized. Lots were poorly sorted-jewelry, kitchen junk, fine art. If you were interested in one particular area there was just too much **********.
