This is an A + auction house! My two winning Charles Arnoldi prints were as described (including the edition numbers), shrink wrapped flat, well packaged for shipping and provided excellent communication.

Auction house was ready to answer questions by phone and very nice. Their list of shippers included PAK MAIL 0064 (Santa Fe) which was reasonably priced and did superb job picking up, wrapping & packing but Fed Ex did take 5 days to deliver to AZ.

Everything went smoothly from early question, to auction and purchase and finally shipping. Staff was very responsive and professional. Great experience.
