Shipping process is quite inefficient. More than two weeks after making payment there's been no word about any receipt of payment or progress on shipping. It can't take this long unless the shipping department is woefully understaffed. The easily shipped items like prints should ship out within a day. I understand that periodic auctions make it difficult to maintain a constant staff for shipping, but the house should generate a group of trained shippers if necessary that are on call if not employed full time.
