In Your message to us, You stated yourself: ... I'm very disappointed. I'm looking back at the pictures, and it looks to me like one of the panels may be broken?..." So it is clear that you discovered something purely by looking again at what we had posted the whole time. There were no tricks, there was no deception. You discovered something that was always there, & now you'd like to blame someone else for your dissatisfaction. That's fine, it is part of the auction business. What is not fair is to give a low rating making it seem as though we are doing dirty, when actually we did nothing wrong. Further, I was the person who brought your item out to you, when you came for pick up, you did not ask for an adjustment or even say anything at all about dissatisfaction. You wish someone would have posted some critque identifying every flaw. We have found that its impossible to predict, identify & list every flaw that may or may not be offensive to buyers all of whom have different tolerances & standards. So we take fair pictures, & let you the buyer be the judge. We answer all questions fairly & honestly and we're happy to provide extra pics when possible. For you & anyone else who cares to know, we post the following on every single lot: "BUYER BEWARE!!! We do our best in good faith to evaluate auction items, And we DO NOT try to hide flaws. But Remember, it is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect each lot and form their own opinions on condition, description, provenance, and validity BEFORE purchasing. The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is free from damage and wear. Please review all pictures posted on this listing and remember the pictures are intended to give general representation and are not necessarily the product of an intense effort focused on uncovering and exposing flaws. We encourage buyers to request a condition report and/or additional photos, and to research shipping costs PRIOR to bidding on any lot."
