Correct... We did not send you item... BUT in fairness, we DID contact you. You said you were not happy that the FFL was in charge of shipping and were concerned you would have additional charges for processing (which wasn't the case) To make absolutely sure there were no issues legally with the shipping it was written into the terms of the auction. It is a firearm, and the FFL is in charge of shipping. The FFL Is Joe Liuni-845.853.3142. I find it hard to believe you havent received your item by now, but if you haven't now you have his number again, and if you have any problems with him you can contact us and we will help you wherever possible. If anything this is a situation between you and the FFL, not us... We have done nothing but provide great service and we would really appreciate it, if you remove and/or reverse this review.

The description was deceptive
i should have been notified more clearly of the condition of the items I bid on. One of the Lalique plates was badly chipped and unusable. I will not purchase items at auction again.
