Great auction house to work with Love everything I have bought here

I am delighted with this auction. I just bought it and here it is already.

Although this piece was described as having normal signs of aging, it arrived in perfect condition. The bottom of the base has some dirt embedded, but nobody will ever see that. As with most B & G pieces the children are absolutely charming.

Not an easy Auction house to deal with

I but from here for my business from almost every one of their auctions. This company benefits local not for profit organizations, so you can feel good about buying here!

Pictures and descriptions are accurate and actual items are better than imaginable! Our won items have consistently been rare and of high quality. Benefit Shop Foundation and recommended UPS service are excellent. We now check out Red Carpet Auctions regularly. Highest recommendation from super happy repeat customers.

Straight forward offering of interesting items and easy bidding process. No in-house shipping but offering of high charging shippers with poor customer response (sometimes none) leaving a chilling effect to the consideration of continuing to engage in future auctions with much regret.

Paid for item. Was excited to receive, shippers went to pick it up and Benefit Shop could no longer find my item. I was refunded.

I would like to say what nice feeling it was working with this auction house. I would recommend them to everyone.

Received my items in good shape.

This auction company attracts a very diverse clientele as donors. The donor likes their status as a company that supports nearly 40 charitable organizations. Anyhow, this diversity brings unusual donations. I like the selections. I do find their bidding process unusual but I have gotten use to it. I use one shipper who has been very good. It is a UPS STORE.

Always find unique and beautiful things with this auction house, never been disappointed. Shipping through the UPS stores recommended can get pricey (often far exceeding the value of the won lots), but well packed and arrives safe every time. Can't really put a price tag on that! ]

I love their auctions because you never know what they will have. The photos and descriptions are accurate, and their payment process is easy.

The benefit shop always has a wide array of different and beautiful items. Service is excellent. My only regret is that they do not have in house shipping. it is fairly painless to ship but does require contacting a shipper and getting price quotes.

I have not yet contacted The Benefit Shop to determine whether I have any recourse in this matter, but I am very unhappy with the item I received. I have to wonder whether it was even looked at before being listed, as the description of condition couldn't have been much less correct. I feel very deceived and I am incredibly disappointed with this experience. The evening bag is extensively damaged and would be an embarrassment to display. What a waste of my time, energy, money, and emotions. This was a very bad experience and, whether or not I can return the item, I will still be out $50.00 on the shipping I arranged to get it to me, the cost to return it, and the time spent on those matters. This has been a very costly mistake.

Read all the "fine print."

Really appreciate that the pictures and descriptions are accurate. They point out flaws, stains, chips, etc. which is terrific. I'm a repeat bidder!
