Even though it took some time to receive my purchase, it was obvious that the shipper went to extreme levels to pack my item for shipment. Not only was my item wrapped securely, my clock was double boxed and packed in an extreme amount of styrofoam peanuts. Thank you for going to great lengths to ship my clock to me. Great job!

Painting looks better in person, which is rare! FedEx got it right, this time. (They completely lost a large 34 x 44 oil painting for me earlier this year, which made it as far as Kansas City airport from Texas, per tracking.)

Beautiful item, happy to have won it. But immediately after winning received link to use Liveauctioneers Shipping, thought I'd give it a try. Won't be doing that again. Took almost a month to get my clock, and all efforts at communication to ask if item had been shipped, tracking #, etc, we're met with curt "we'll notify you when it ships" responses from both the auction house (passed it off on Liveauctioneers) and Liveauctioneers Shipping. Well, needless to say my box just showed up out of nowhere and was left on my doorstep without that promised update or notification of shipment or tracking. Not cool. Lesson learned: avoid Liveauctioneers Shipping and stick with 3rd party shippers, they're obviously still working out communication issues with this new in-network service.

This was my first experience with an auction house and I was very satisfied. The item was in great condition as described by DeMouchelles and was ready for pickup at their location when I arrived.

A bit high on the shipping cost, but, in general, a very professional auction house.
