Quick to respond and answers any question. I needed a electrical measurement taken on a very old 130 year old induction coil which they carried out to my satisfaction. Very pleased with purchase-just wish commission rates weren't so high!

Need more and larger pictures of the items, more explicit descriptions and pointing out any specific defaults, now only ratings and very brief description are provided (this is the case for most of the auction houses).

They ship my items since 6 April with DHL Premium (1-2 week service). Now 24 April, I have not received it. Tracking no. is CA ********** DE which you can trace at www. dhl. de only Tracking no is not DHL as I pay for. Look like Normal mail service.

It is my fault that I did not read the small print that this auction did not accept PayPal or a credit card. Rather only an electronic bank transfer, which cost me US $50 and a trip to the bank. In addition, they did not communicate back to my request to send a PayPal invoice that they had done so, and they were slow to ship. I would never again bid on any of their auctions. And I will always read the payment details before I bid. Overall, I have not had a successful experience in bidding on auctions through LiveAuctioneers or Invaluable. Mostly because of poor description of the items condition and near absence of photographs.

No paypal and no credit card accepted... You are the only one house in this case.!!!! Long delay beteween payment and shipping.

I thought communication could have been a little better. Also they could accept credit cards, but I understand being in Europe why they don't.

A better description of issues with the items at auction should be a must.

I would rather they had accepted debit card as payment, to avoid the expense of a Swift payment

Shipping was poorly done by Breker although they should pretty much be aware how to treat a cylinder box.

The Graphic arrived today (June 10). Despite a couple of holes in the outer shipping box, the inner box was undamaged and the typewriter and its case were in fine shape. I am very pleased with my purchase from Breker Auction; it was consistent with the auction team's fine reputation. I'll figure out whether there are better ways to handle wire transfers in Euros the next time I buy. This time, the exchange rate imposed a fairly large added cost to the transaction.

As a couple of times mentioned exporting to Switzerland might be more difficult especially by DHL but one doesnt care to much
