The way it was is so poorly tha I couldn't believe it and I have the pictures to prove very poorly packing.

I will never again buy from this fake auction house, it's a disgrace that they are allowed to sell these $2 prints on here, with crazy inflated valuations! How on God's earth are these prints worth anything, you can go straight to eBay and buy them shipped for $10-$15 CONJOB at its finest and I fell for it! Then you charge me over $60 for shipping of what consists of the side of a cardboard box folded over and taped! The postage with usps was $11, 60 Stay away from these thieves! I'm so annoyed at this, $221 for two pieces of cheap **********!

Fast easy checkout by card on file. Timely communication. Shipped items arrived properly packed. As described in Lot Details. Letters of authentication were in order. As with all art, I need to get a statement of authenticity from an expert. Given all known factors, I would buy again from this auction house.

Lesson learned on this purchase-buy through a reputable source if you're looking for original artwork. If you are looking for mass-produced reproductions, Royal Treasures Warehouse LLC is the place for you. They do a good job of making posts seem like the real deal with vague descriptions, and misleading estimates of sale prices.

After paying for an item, I never heard back from the Auction House. Several attempts were made calling and leaving messages. Finally three weeks later, the help desk of liveacutioneers found out an answer for me-the Auction House claims they mailed it to Europe and sent me a notice which I did not receive. I was looking forward to the art piece I bought but am told a refund will be sent instead. In my dealings with auctions houses all over North America-this is a first. Poor Service-poor follow up

I would Definately buy and recommend anyone to purchase from Treasures Warehouse. The description and quality on my purchase was as descriped. Fast shipping with proffersonal packaging. No issues, I am very satisfied with their service.

Purchased two items, $250 hammer price each, no buyer's premium but sales tax $45, Shipping $120, Packing & Shipping $30, Processing Fee $21.12 making $716.85 total. So had they both been sent $216.85 for shipping and handling one print in a simple frame and the second item a notebook sized piece of paper in a manila envelope. Paid it. After paying I was told the framed print had been damaged while packing, glass broke, unable to ship, refund on the way. My refund was $271.57 which is the purchase price of the item they could not deliver plus only $21.57 out of the $216.85 I paid in fees. What I received was my unframed item, a single paper sheet of notebook size in a manila envelope, sent by Priority Mail, for hammer price of $250 plus the unreturned $195.28 from the fees. There is no excuse for keeping the bulk of the "Shipping" the "Packing & Shipping" and the rest once they have destroyed my item. I will not do business with Royal Treasures Warehouse LLC again. I am unsure about doing business withLiveAuctioneers.com again.

Please, please, please reconsider purchasing from this auction house. I purchased and way over paid for a Kostabi print that was a reproduction. The listing was purposely vague and omitted this important information. Should have had my doubts, but listing started at $150, which seems reasonable for his signed artwork (as shown in the photos). Assume this might be common for this auction house. First time I've purchased from them and the last! Unless the listing states information that gives better details about the item being sold, don't consider bidding.....

The communication from Royal Treasures Warehouse was good and the payment system was seamless. However, most importantly, in my opinion, their descriptions of the pieces and the frames was not accurate. Other houses provide clear descriptions whereas this house seemed to provide vague descriptions that are far from helpful for beginner art collectors like myself.

As described. Well packaged. Shipped promptly.

Sending Invoices could faster. "Pending Invoice" is unclear when there really is an Invoice which makes payment slow and unsure.

Product is literally a Xerox copy-probably cost them $3. Feel like a fool paying $250 for it-it's a scam! Wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing.

Unfortunately, the item was simply a photo printed on glossy paper.

This seller listed the item as an 8x10 watercolor by Bill Traylor, but it was actually a 5x7 mass-produced print on paper. I bid based on their deceptive description-much more than the actual item was worth. Relatively new to Live Auctioneers, I made the (additional) mistake of waiting too long to email the seller, but they were completely unapologetic and unhelpful when I did. DO NOT TRUST THIS AUCTIONEER! I have since bid and purchased from OTHER sellers on Live Auctioneers who were honest and helpful-but these people are not.

The item I won had to be returned. They were very easy to work with and I would definitely do business with them again.

Buyer, beware. Very dishonest Company. I won literally “Roy Lichtenstein drawing on Paper signed”. The photo of the drawing in the auction was signed, and they send me A COPY of the drawing with not signature at all. Totally pirate company.

They sell art "in the style of your favorite artists. Their reserves and estimates are very misleading. Spent $800 on art" valued "at a premium but a quick Google search revealed obvious tells the work is fake. Buyer beware-this auction house is very likely aware of this artifice despite their premium valuations...

Very reliable auction house. Payment process was smooth. I contacted via Live Auction email with a shipping question and received immediate satisfactory response. They managed shipping; well packaged and quite readonable.
