Great item

Auction house needs to make sure when using multiple auction online sites, that they honor when bid are accepted and noted final (Won) by a specific Auction site (LiveAuctioneers in this case) that they do not keep accepting bids on site (in house) by bidders after the lot is closed on line. On Live Auctioneers site, I waited for final minute countdown and was notified I won 3 lots. When I received the invoice from the auction house, I was notified that they made an error and the Auction house accepted bids after the Live Auction bidding had closed. Awarded 2 lots to an on-site (in-house) bidder. Acknowledged it was their mistake but would not reverse their decision to award 2 lots to the on-site bidder. Clearly, they need to improve their coordination of staff and multiple auction online sites-to end at the same time. Seems they favored a person in the live audience. Will not use their Auction again.

I have purchased previously from William Bunch Auctions and I have received exemplary service from them on each occasion. I will be happy to purchase from them again and I highly recommend them in every way!

I appreciate the descriptions with dimensions. If something is iffy, they suggest an in person view. I’ve bought many things and have never been disappointed with the quality I received.

While I was the top bidder, they recorded an on-site bidder as the buyer so I didn't get the item I had put an auto-bid in for. Because I was going to buy it at almost any price, I went ahead and bid on some smaller items-then had to drive hours to pick up only the small pieces. Plus, I didn't get my huge Christmas items. My hubby was happy, he is Jewish, but I wasn't pleased.

I've purchased from them before and will do so again. They are easy to contact, personable and friendly to deal with, and offer Covid-safe pick-up.

Everything was very satisfactory and went well. One of the shippers that Bunch suggested using was maybe trying to gouge me with a ridiculous shipping proposal, but other than that, everything went great!

I purchased a lot of vintage jewelry. The merchandise was pit into a plastic baggie. All of the pins were left open and some of them ended up bent. Also some of the rhinestones fell out in the shipping because they had no protection. The payment process is difficult as is the arranging for shipping process. In addition, I felt the staff was unfriendly and annoyed with questions. I won’t be buying from them again! This is the only auction house that I have given a negative review
