i never receive the package from pack mail, they charge me $50 for shipping plus insurance and the package never arrive.

It was not mentioned in the description or shown in the pictures that nine of the twelve mint julep cups were dented and some were monogrammed. When auction house was made aware, I was requested to return the mint julep cups and was refunded all cost involved. They could not have been more professional in the way they rectified the problem. William Bunch Auctions is a shining example for other auction houses to follow.

Auction House fine but they only allow you to deal with one shipper who charged more than half the cost of the winning bid to ship the item. Won a similar crock the same size from another auction house in the same area and used other shipper in the area and had that crock shipped for $30 cheaper.

Some of them are excellent in responding, others not. Some do their own shipping which I really appreciate rather that having to hassle with a third party.
