Shipping was a little slow.

I've purchased several things this way and usually end up feeling tired and a little stressed-but not from Clarke's... there were real people there and they were very nice.

Payment for shipping a bit confusing. I received an invoice that showed payment received in full from PayPal. Later received email that shipping would not proceed until I paid for shipping, no invoice. I had to log onto PayPal, review my account, then send shipping payment to an address with a name different from Clark auction house.

Lovely people....... easy to work with....... highly recommended!!

The auction was Sept. 9 and I didm't receive my purchases until Oct. 6. I was told it would take 2 weeks to deliver my purchases, but it took 4 weeks. Aside from that, my works were professionally packed, reasonably priced, and Pilot Freight had everything here in 3 days (great job!).

The staff at Clark's Fine Art & Auctions are very professional, knowledgeable, and more than anything else, extremely nice. Ellen, you are a wonderful rare gem and Clark, very cool. Also kudos to future budding artist, "Spence". Will -**********

The fact that they look after the shipping at competitive rates (better than than I could ever achieve) makes for an even better experience.

Package hasn't shipped, haven't heard if it's going to anytime soon.

It's all about the photos.... the item I bought there was only one photo... but i have had a piece of work by this artist before. The purchase was risky based on the one photo but literally found the item about an hour before the item was up live. I registered immediately and they pretty much approved me right away which was great. But they should always have multiple photos of the items. Listing the condition was also helpful.

Measurements (and description) of the artwork should include artwork measurements and framed measurements.

I am so pleased with the entire process. It has been a pleasure doing business with Clark's.

Can't speak to item one as I haven't picked up these pieces yet but they have always before been accurate and clear in their description/appraisal of pieces.
