The item is actually a walking stick, not a full-sized cane. But a beautiful piece...

I did not get this lot. The lot was sold to a floor bidder for £ 140. even though I left a £ 200 bid and should have been the successful bid. The circumstanes under which I did not get the lot even though I left a bid for £ 60 more than the hammer price leads me the believe John Nicholson's U. K. auction house is less than reputable.

The instruction was unclear, causing too many misunderstandings.

I won Lot 0609, (on Jun 29, 2016 FINE ORIENTAL CERAMICS & WORKS OF ART) But they haven't send me invoice, after inquiry, they told me "According to our LA records you were not the successful bidder for Lot 609" the price is low, but I won it.

Increase assistance for shipping, no download problems to companies shipping, payment of objects is not suitable for today's commercial world, paying by credit card, after years of buying from them, where is the trust? I grant to you to tell them my name. Walter

Photos were poorly made. I made the payment on April 27, the Aution House shipped it on May 6. Too much time! BUT I HAVE TO SAY THAT THE ITEM WAS A PRECIOUS WONDERFUL ONE and this is what really counts!

In fairness..... I have opened a complaint against them. The painting I bought was not shown properly, not signed by the artist and not on canvas as advertised. They have not yet responded after one full day of opportunity to my complaint.

they did an outstanding job! their shipper was fantastic! the painting left the united kingdom at 3 pm and we received it in st george utah usa at 1pm the following day, just unbelievable service!!!!!!!!!

I made a bid thru LiveAuctioneers, which was NEVER recorded by the auction house and the piece sold for well under what I actually bid. NOT GOOD
