It would be very helful if you showed a picture of the mechanism when offering a clock.

Labeled several items as high quality item (Minton Wedgwood etc) but the items were not.

2 of 3 lots showed obvious and significant repairs not mentioned; was billed twice for shipping and their shipper took over 2 weeks for delivery.

They changed the description from wateecolour to print

I have not received my item yet and have no shipping or tracking information. The shipping process really needs a big improvement before I bid with the auction house again

Auction house was average. Their preferred shipper was less than satisfactory, with highly inflated pricing and less than obliging customer service.

Picked up myself item as the shipping quote for the distance of ca 20 miles was inflated.

I am buying furniture at auctions for the last 10 years. This auction listed severely internally damaged item without any notification of the damage at the listing. They never notified me about damage, even when I called them to make a payment. The repairs are hardly possible for the set, and, if possible, would be very expensive, much more that the cost of the set. Not knowing about the damage, I paid additional $350 for the shipping. They also (trying to get rid of the set as soon as possible) sent it to their shipper within 2-3 days after auction without my consent, the shipper I did not hire (and did not intend to hire). I love when people are treated with respect, concern and simple honesty. I was very impressed with their professionalism. I was also very impressed with the quality and the price of my two pedestals. their window on pickups is10 days then they start storage $25 first day the $10 each additional day... I am a dealer in South carolina... 10 days is too short to get a blanket wrapped furniture hauler in to make pickups... they work on a 4 to 6 week with dow... I probably will not buy there again because of this... it just doesn't work for me... I have to go up this week and I will see how they adjust with the weather we have had... I had planned to go up myself and pick up on January 20th but the snowstorm prohibited this...

They may be gruff at times but they are ALWAYS helpful and proactive in their assistance.

I would not hesitate to do business with Time and Again in the future.

The item I purchased was missing a piece and it was not in the description.

When asked for a full condition report I wasn't given an accurate response at all.

One of the items in the photograph was not included in the lot I received. It's been over two months, the item still has not been found & I have not been reimbursed. The shipping company they use "3 Little Men" is one of the worst of over hundreds of shippers I have dealt with throughLiveauctioneers.com. Overpriced, horrible customer service, the girl who answers the telephone could care less, bad packing. They are a moving company, they should not be involved in the antiques business. Buyers should have the option of choosing their own shipper.

Poor communication and did not helpful at all. Won't bid from them again!

Description of the stands was: "metal + mahogany stands" but it was really metal construction with some resin brown tops nothing to do with mahogany wood, sad really sad.

Time and again was Quick, easy and a pleasure to deal with.
