Everything was beyond epic in terms descriptions and reasonable prices for both the auction items and shipping. An early post-auction question went ignored. I know these times are nuts so other than that, they’re awesome.

Epic Auctions is AWESOME! This was my first experience with Epic Auctions & they offered easy, non-rushed bidding; were quick to send invoices for item charges & shipping charges; offered an easy payment system; gave me a very reasonable shipping & handling fee; posted my parcel quickly; AND gave exceptional packing service (& individually wrapped each item with great care). I feel very confident in bidding again at this one-stop shop auction house.

Auctioneer Brad went out of his way to answer questions before the auction regarding this item (a two hundred pound train bell). The written description and the quality of the photographs was excellent. After I won the auction the invoice was sent promptly. Brad even provided his cell number so that my chosen shipper could work with him to co-ordinate the pickup. The time and attention Brad devoted to this single item was amazing! I'm extremely grateful for all of his efforts and wouldn't hesitate to bid again at Epic Auctions!

The owner lied about the condition of the mirror that I won. The mirror had large chips on the sides, and gouges and chips on the front.

In common with most other auctioneers, Epic auctions gave preference to room (competing) bids. where there was an on-line bid the auctioneer waited up to 1 minute to finalise the bidding (hammer down). For room bids there was usually an immediate sale, without giving on-line bidders a chance to make any further bids. In some instances my on-line bid had been registered as the winning bid; the item was then shown as sold in in he room for the same amount, and I was not given a chance to make a higher bid.

Would bid and purchase from again and look forward to it!

Complete misrepresent product... and basically was told they didn't care at all... so I paid 1500 for a make believe gas pump... and anyone with common sense could have stated all the issues that pump had
