I was impressed with the folks handling pick up of auction items. They were organized, fast, and friendly.

Easy to deal with.

My pickup appointment was scheduled correctly, but I made a mistake and showed up a day early. These folks were very accommodating and helpful and let me pick up my bookcase in spite of that. I'd have been in a real pickle if they hadn't, since it was a 3 hour round trip.

Absolutely delighted with everything! I had questions about this lantern lot and staff were superb-knowledgeable, caring and clearly interested in getting me the information I needed. Perfect hand off to the packing/shipper, who handled shipping as I had hoped. Item was carefully packed and arrived in good order. Thank you for a terrific all around experience.

Item had a broken part that was not disclosed and conveniently hidden in picture. Still a great item but disappointed it wasn't disclosed.

I have been a customer for years and have written dozens of checks before the pandemic. It is very difficult to navigate all of the rules, time restrictions, payment requirements, pick up schedules, fines, fees, and restrictions. The final straw was my last purchase that was over $1000 which means that you cannot pay by cash, check, or credit card. I was told that I had to pay by wire transfer. I was on vacation and had to find a branch of my bank in order to make the three day payment deadline. After spending one and a half hours of my time and a $90.00 wire transfer fee I have decided that will no longer do business with this company.

Poor descriptions and photographs plague some of the items. Overall, satisfied with most purchases from these fine folks.

I would recomend this great Auction they do what it says on the tin, very good customer service.

Live Auctioneer " numerous spinoffs and links off Cordier items and bidding have directed me and others to use Jennings, Capitol Razmos and other auctions on line,,, my opinion,,, you ruined a once great on line service.

I am a repeat customer. I have always found them to be collaborative and helpful. I strongly recommend them. Their descriptions are clear and the objects live up to expectations. The pick up is straight forward and they are ready for you at the appointment time. Their site is easy to access from PA 76, 81 and 83. I could not be happier with my purchases!

I bid on this item because the website said they had in house shipping. In house shipping is usually HALF of the cost of sending to a vendor. After the item closed I was sent to a vendor! The price seemed double to ship what I calculated. The auction house worked with me when they saw the discrepancy on the live auctioneers website. The point of contact at the auction house went above and beyond to make this a better experience. Thank you.

I've never dealt with an auction house that had such narrow, limited, draconian policies for pick-up and shipping after an auction. Nor with an auction house that recommended what has to be the most ridiculously overpriced shipping handler I've ever dealt with! Thank God a friend turned me on to U-Ship. NEVER even consider using the people Cordier suggests-they are absolute price gaugers! And having to pick up within 7 days, with only 2 10-4 pickup windows allowed, appointments required, no early arrivals, and considered late to the point of default after 15 minutes! ABSURD!!! And their responses to queries cam almost week after question was emailed. It's almost like they want to guarantee you can't pick your items up or get them shipped in time, so they get to repossess them and keep your money. VERY shady!
