I have purchased from Cordier Auctions probably 100 times. This was the worst experience i have ever had with missing descriptions of damage and photos where cracks and chips were very difficult to pick out.

I've purchased several times and being in harrisburg I pick-up which is easy to set up, well cordinated at pick up and staff is pleasant and efficient. Love this place

I don’t think I will be buying from this auction house anymore. They make it difficult to pick up items with their appointment system and they treat their customers very poorly and in a disrespectful manner.

Been dealing with this auction house for years, prior to being online only.

The Cordier People clarified my questions ahead of the auction. Bidding proceeded normally and paperwork was provided quickly. The bill was settled and shipping details qorked out right away and the items deivered as agreed. I expect to participate in Cordier auctions in the future.

The description should have said "Back removed, mat and print reversed and separated facing the hanging wire. Fortunately, there wasn't much additional damage to the print.

Cordier is very professional at their business, great response to customer service, although I'll be glad when hopefully someday they will obtain in house shipping.

Won an auction for an amazing lantern (pictures showed it in all its glory) and was excited to finally reciever the item. Well the item that showed up was a globe... not a lantern. I reached out to the auction house upon receipt (two weeks ago) and was told they would "look into it". That was the last I heard. I've not had this experience before with other auction houses so I'm disappointed to say the least. The more time that passes the less inclined I am to believe this will be found and resolved.

Their photos and descriptions are accurate, and their pickup system is great for the present pandemic situation.
