The item was photographed and it somewhat misrepresented the age of the piece. Information was vague but as on line auctions go these are things you take a chance on. When I received the piece after a very long wait for the shipping process I was saddened by it apparent newness and quality. As I say... bid and learn!

The items were stunning... my experience with DejaVu was fantastic!

This auction house doesn’t let you know that you have to figure out shipping completely on your own. Even though they charge the 25 % premium. Not only does the premium not include shipping but they offer no help with shipping either. Extremely inconvenient and expensive to work with DejaVu

My second time using this auction house I won an item and paid when the invoice came in planning to pick it up the next day, well money came back and they said it was sold to a higher bidder I was the only bidder. A delivery service called and told me I should pick it up as I was closer to him I was a little surprised, I called and was hung up on 3 times 4th time it was turned on to answering machine left a message and number nothing no call nothing. Another week goes by the delivery company calls agin same thing about picking the item up I told him I tried to get in touch and nothing he said he had a contact would tell them well Nothing again another week not a call Do Not use this company.

DejaVu Estate Liquidators is one of my favorite companies. They have been very helpful during past pick-ups and we have been very pleased with the quality of their offerings.

Never indicated the damage to the piece (handle previously broken and reglued with piece missing)

After I purchased my item and made arrangements to have it picked up, they told me they couldn ‚ Ä ô t find the lot! Very very disappointing.

They seem very nice & concerned about their customers. I appreciate this so much, & will definitely buy from them again ‚ Ä î a great resource.

Very unorganized. Missing several items. Had to get a refund for missing or damaged items. Made appointment for pickup and nothing was together. Spread out over four stores in a shopping plaza. They keep hounding me about a bogus second invoice. I am extremely dissatisfied.
