Takes your money and treats you like second class citizen... never again

Initial mixup in lots-phone call acknowledged problem & promised good resolution; in due course all lots arrived in good condition and as depicted in catalog. Also, the staff were friendly!

This is my first purchase from Allard and all went well.

Many of these "auctions" are just inventory dumping, but this was a real auction and I bid on and won a quality item that was accurately described with multiple pictures showing a lot of detail. Everybody on LiveAuctioneers should be held to this standard.

Have been buying from them for many years. Never disappointed.

Some items were not in my package. I was ripped off!!! Shipped my items in a 3” deep box. Seller claims that all items were shipped. it is impossible to have fit all my items in that size shipping box. Will never purchase from them again!!! Beware.

There was significant damage to one figure that was not mentioned in the description. The blanket held by the figure was broken and a whole corner was missing. It was hard to see in the photo because it just looked like the blanket was folded, but it was obvious when you looked at the figure in person and saw the rough clay edges and the missing portion. The description only mentioned some breakage repair to a hand (which was in fact not repaired and had to be mended upon receipt.) That mention of only the repaired hand lulled me into thinking that they had been honest about ALL the issues. I would have adjusted my bid amount and let this go to somebody else had I been aware of this damage, as it reduces the value of the set because it cannot be repaired.

First invoice slow and an error Still no word on shipping nearly 4 weeks after auction

I paid for the item I won within 24 hours. Getting the receipt for payment to the shipper took a very long time and a number of phone calls by me. I've worked with Allard before and didn't experience this delay.

Purchased from this company for years. This year they have a new crew which does not know what they are doing. I was billed again for an item after it was paid and when I called the women who helped had no clue. Part of my shipment stayed in Santa Fe and part was taken to Montana which increased my shipping cost. I was very disappointed and will probably never buy from this auction house again.

They charged me for an item I did not bid on and wouldn't release my lots until I paid it. I tried communicating with them but they were unresponsive. I paid for and took delivery of the item I didn't bid on so I could get my stuff. I then sold that item. Two weeks later they finally realized they made an error and called me attempting to get the item returned. I informed them it had been sold. They are very disorganized. Their administration is poor.

Second time I have purshased from Allard. Both very good experiences. Look forward to their future auctions.

Was very upset with the approval to bid on the second day of the action it took 45 minutes so we missed being able to bid on items. The first day took less than 5 minutes

Shipping was very costly. They do not ship in house. This greatly increases the shipping cost.

Very honest auction house and well pleased with them overall.
