This pendant is gorgeous and the blue stone is so clear and bright. The surrounding stones are clear and white. I love it. It was shipped very quickly. I would buy from this seller again.

Everything went well. The only exception was it took a little while longer than I had expected to get the tracking information

Shipping charges for combined small pieces should be aligned to actual weight instead of a flat rate

I asked to return the earrings before they were shipped. They said that would be fine. They told me it shipped (even though they hadn’t cashed the check). It just arrived Friday they emailed the address as well as telling me that they are going to keep $33. of my money. They charged 19.95 for shipping they only paid $8. I paid return shipping. I texted they said it’s their policy. I looked everywhere for this it wasn’t written anywhere. I am being taken for one third of what I paid for no reason. They lied I did everything right by calling immediately and doing what they asked. I’m not going to take the chance of using this auction with the risk of being taken.

I ordered a ring and received it, quite beautiful, but the opal has a sizable chip that was not disclosed in the description of the item. I contacted Government Auction and sent a photo and they offered to refund $15. Certainly does not cover cost of damage or repair. Not very impressed.

The items sold are not rare, in fact they are the same stuff you will find at the Boardwalk, Circus or County Fair. After I received 2 different items I still found you selling 20 others exactly the same so, rare? I purchased 2 the same day and they would not put in the same box so and shipping was a bit high on each print. One item said it was an original signature and it was not even signed..... Just a bunch of reprints?

I won the bid paid for the item they received the Apple Pay and I never got the item their vendor didn’t supply them with it they did refund my money immediately after that and I was just really upset because I had plans to give that to my wife for Valentine’s Day

I couldn't pay for my coins because I didn't receive an invoice and I contacted them and it took a few days for them to get back with me and they said they sent it but I didn't receive it now I can't bid

Item never received, trying to get money back from credit card company. They took weeks to process my invoice, I paid immediately. They said it could take 8-10 days to ship, I waited 20 days with no update or tracking number. Not a good business model.

Pay attention to what you list and change status when it changes.

I have had several transactions with Government auctions, they are always extremely helpful and quick at turning items around.

Good auction

I wanted a small reproduction Remington Bronze for my desk at work. What I loved about (Wooly Chaps) the one I bid on and won was the detail in the casting. the picture showed lots of fine detail that made this bronze casting fantastic. What I received was a casting with little detail, to the point that there are holes where the eyes of the horse should be. the whole thing looks like a freshmen in high school art class sculpted it, its not even half way close to what they had advertised and shown. I sent them a email, Gov Auction asked for pictures which I sent and then they would not respond to my 3 follow up emails, nothing. I was polite and as much as I wanted to vent my frustration I did not. How can something be presented as a item you will win and then when you've won it something completely different is sent. I think in the scam game that is called a Bait And Switch. Stay away from these people.

I bought 2 half dollars and paid $7.95 ea for shipping instead of combining shipping. Imagine 10 coins for $79.50 in shipping! It will never happen again. There's plenty of other auctions to buy from
