Customer service.
I purchased a painting from Brooks Auctions and the customer service was great. I had questions about the offsite shipping and the response was very satisfactory. The shipping company did not charge a high packaging fee as my painting did not have glass. The shipping sent my painting to Fl and I received it promptly in 2 days.
