This vendor doesn’t ship to you … turned over to some UPS store, inflated price to ship and took 10 days to ship.

Everything went well until the UPS store. They were over charging as usual. (I have experienced this with ALL of the 7-9 UPS stores I've used in the last 6 months) I worked with the owner and got the ship/pack dropped down 45 % from their quote. When I received my invoice, they had added 10 % to the agreed price. I realize that these stores need to make a profit but I feel abused. More and more, I find that great auctions like this one are just not worth it.

I won a clock for these folks. In the listing pictures it is seen with the weights. When I recieved the clock there were no wieghts. Neither Terri Peters & Associates Auction and Estate Marketing or the shipper can locate the weights. Terri Peters & Associates Auction and Estate Marketing response in the end was "You can pick up weights on-line for $xx" then "Oh, they'll show up eventually." I was not willing to spend another $150 to return the clock that cost me $60 plus buyers premiums. IMHO this is not good or acceptable business practices. Just my $00.02.

The several large lots of postcards I bought from Terri Peters were deceptively advertised-namely, the subset of cards shown in photos were "cherry picked" to depict the best of what was otherwise a very poor selection. TAKE NOTE of their poor feedback... very few auction houses on this site have such poor reviews. They claim they do an adequate job depicting and describing items but the reviews clearly indicate otherwise. Other online auctioneers don't seem to have any trouble in this area. Show your chosen profession more respect and operate with honor and not greed and your online reputation may slowly improve. In the meantime I would recommend against doing any business with them.

I purchased a pair of glass items and the payment and shipping process were very fast and reasonably priced, however the primary item had a huge crack in it on one side that was very obvious and this was never shown in any pictures nor disclosed in the description. Any reputable auction house points out obvious flaws immediately. Not certain I'll purchase again in the future.
