Terri was Fantastic to deal with hope they contact me with more trains

I purchased a pair of glass items and the payment and shipping process were very fast and reasonably priced, however the primary item had a huge crack in it on one side that was very obvious and this was never shown in any pictures nor disclosed in the description. Any reputable auction house points out obvious flaws immediately. Not certain I'll purchase again in the future.

I bought a sterling pitcher they said was in excellent condition. Nope. The pitcher is covered in dings and scratches, but the worst part is the top of the pitcher that you pour the water from is bent down and creased on both sides to where it won't even work as a pitcher. Water goes everywhere. HORRIBLE AUCTION!!!!!

Catastrophique cost of the shipping is very very expensive. I cannot pay the shipping so i have to abandon my purchase. Until now i never buy something from usa because the shipping is so expensive.

Terri always has a nice collection of stuff, but paying 24 % buyers premium plus another 3 % if you pay by credit card means you won't be getting many bargains here. If you are a picker/reseller there won't be much meat left on the bone for you. ALL other auctions in the area charge a smaller buyers premium.

Shipping not good

I made a request to Terri Peters & Associates Auction BEFORE the auction started. I have not received a response. Then I made 3 more similar requests, there is no answer to my request. People from Terri Peters & Associates Auction work very poorly. Frank (**********)

Only experience in Denver. I was very impressed.

The item had some damage that was not disclosed. However, I'm delighted with the purchase and feel I got a very good price on it, so overall I'm happy. Terri is a nice person but seems a bit of a flake. We drove 90 minutes to Syracuse to pick up our item, only to find she had lost/misplaced the key to the auction location. We had to wait a very long time (about 90 minutes) before she resolved the problem. Also, I was offered 5 % off for paying cash, but when it came time to pay she said the 5 % was only off the premium, not the whole price. I found this somewhat disingenuous, as she saved the credit card fee on the whole item, not just the premium, as well as the risk of credit card or check. It was a trivial savings and not what I had been led to expect and not worth the trouble of bringing a large amount of cash to the pick-up. I had sent her an email to clarify details about payment and pick-up and she never answered the email, so this might have contributed to the miscommunication.
